New Patient Policy
As we have a long wait list of patients to see us, all New Patients are required to pay the Initial Consultation Fee of $360 at the time of booking or at least 3 days before the appointment is confirmed. We will call and take your payment over the phone. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled.
Late Cancellation and Fail to attend Fees
You are free to change your appointment at any time, however the practice has a Non-refundable Late Cancellation Fee Policy for appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours notice (business days). There is also a Non-refundable Fail To Attend Fee Policy if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment. The Cancellation and Fail To Attend Fee is $360.00 or the cost of your scheduled treatment.
Please be aware and mindful that there are often patients with urgent problems who can see the doctor in that time.
Note: Sadly, Dr Tsai has resigned from NIB Dental Care Centre Sydney from Mid August 2019 after working 7 years at the Sydney centre. He will be more than happy to see all his previous NIB patients to continue any unfinished treatments/periodontal maintenance at his New Private practice in Campsie.
Please contact Campsie or NIB Dental Care Centre Sydney to have your records and x-rays transferred to Campsie.
